Privacy Policy

We collect account email, encrypted password data, payment records, API-key metadata, model IDs, token counts, costs, timestamps and service logs needed to operate and secure the platform. We also count a small allowlisted set of product milestones, such as pricing viewed, registration completed, credentials created and first API request. These events never include API keys, prompts, responses or payment details.

Normal keys may produce operational request metadata, but the platform does not intentionally save prompt or response bodies. Zero-retention keys skip per-request usage rows and retain only the balance adjustment required for billing.

Information is used to authenticate accounts, process payments, meter usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, provide support and improve reliability.

ModelPort uses first-party, cookie-free milestone events to understand where setup is confusing. An anonymous identifier is stored in browser local storage before sign-in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or collect free-form analytics payloads.

Requests are sent to model infrastructure providers. Payments are processed by the payment method you select. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We retain records for operational, tax, fraud-prevention and legal requirements. API keys are stored as hashes. No online service is risk-free; users should avoid sending information they are not authorised to process.

You may rotate keys, use zero-retention mode and request account deletion or data access through support. Some financial records must be retained where required by law.
