Terms of Service

Last updated August 9, 2026

1. Service

We provide prepaid access to third-party artificial-intelligence models through a unified API and browser tools. Model availability, output quality and latency can change without notice because requests depend on upstream providers.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting API keys and all activity performed with your credentials. Revoke a key immediately if it may be exposed.

3. Billing

Usage is deducted from prepaid balance according to the model and parameters selected. Completed usage is generally non-refundable. Failed video jobs are refunded when the failure is confirmed by polling. Payment-provider fees and exchange rates may apply.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, malware, abuse, credential theft, harassment, exploitation, or attempts to bypass provider safety systems. We may suspend access that creates risk to users, infrastructure or upstream accounts.

5. Outputs

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before use. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the unused balance in your account during the twelve months before a claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
